Okay im back and Im gonna write some more my depression is almost over so, I 
will try to write ASAP. Ok now on with the fic.

Location: Somewhere in saffron city

"Now that my new location has finally been built, I can start my master plan to 
rule over the world! Mwaahahahahahahahahahahah!!!!!!!" said Giovanni as he 
looked out of the window of his 50-story building. He is looking at a pokemon 
trainer play with her Umbreon. 
"Butch!!" Giovanni yelled down the hall. A figure came scrambling around the 
corner and into the room. 
"Yes, sir!" he said as he gave Giovanni a solute.
"I want u to go in the street and take that Umbreon from that little girl and 
bring it to me." Giovanni said with an evil smile on his face.
"But sir don't u think that's unfair. I mean the girl is probably only 7..."
"Did I say I wanted you to guess the girls age?!?" Giovanni screamed.
" No sir but..." Butch said in a nervous voice but was cut off by Giovanni.
"Then get your ass down there and do it before I throw you out of this 
window!!!" 
"Yes, sir" Butch said as he raced out of the room.
"Hmm, I wonder what the status is on that misty girl. I'll call Cassidy now for 
the update.
He turns to his desk and is about to sit in it when he notices his Persian in 
his way.
"Move now before I turn you into dog food!!" he shouted. The Persian immediately 
jumped from the chair, tail between its legs, and ran out of the room.
"This report better be good or else I'll blow a fit." He then punched in the 
numbers and waited for them to pick up the phone.



Location: Forest a Little North of Pallet Town.

Ash is lying on the cold, wet grass. He feels the sting of defeat and his heart 
is aching for Misty. He has failed her and didn't see the point in living 
anymore. He was about to tell her his true feelings. Maybe it was fate that they 
stayed apart. He finally finds his strength to open his eyes after all of these 
thoughts. He woke up and looked around a little bit. He still felt a little 
drowsy after the attack that was launched on him. He stood up and began to 
stretch. 
"How will I find Misty?" he asked out loud as though talking to a god.
"Why did she have to be taken away from me!?! What did I do to deserve this!?!" 
He looked down into his hand,
"What the hell is this?!?" he said as he looked at the whistle.
"OH my gosh this is the whistle Misty had around her neck" Ash started to 
examine its every feature including it small size and its aqua-blue color.
"Cool, I wonder what it does" Ash said as he started to put his lips to the 
whistle. He stopped and thought for a second.
'What am I doing here blowing a whistle?!? I have to go find Misty. She needs my 
help' He then put the whistle in his pocket and raced of to the hotel.



Location: Saffron City

"You what?!?" Giovanni yelled through the phone.
" Sir we are very sorry about loosing the whistle. It can't be that important 
could it?" Cassidy said through the phone.
"That whistle just so happened to be my ticket to ruling the world and you and 
your idiot teammates failed to retrieve the whistle for me!! I should have you 
killed!!"
"Now sir I know your mad but...."
"Find that whistle before you come back to the base or else you will become cat 
food for my Persian." With that Giovanni hung up the phone and looked out the 
window of his building. He sees Butch taking the girls Umbreon and the girl sits 
down and cries. Giovanni smiles at this and says to himself.
"I will get you Mew and when I do I will rule the world. Everyone will be my 
slave and I will be god! MWAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!"


Location: Pallet hotel (In downtown pallet)

Ash is sitting at his desk looking at his laptop. Misty's houndoom in crawled up 
in a ball moving around like he is dreaming or getting a belly rub. Ash is 
looking at a web site but is frustrated that he can't find any information on 
team rocket. He slams his fist on the desk. 
"No data found again?!? I can't believe this, I have failed Misty, again. I 
don't deserve her she needs someone who won't betray her, someone stronger, 
someone like Gary. What the hell am I saying?!? She doesn't need Gary and I 
can't give up that easily but what should I do I don't know where to find her." 
Ash lays his head on the desk and closes his eyes. He falls into a deep sleep, 
again, and begins to dream.

Dream sequence

"AAAAAAASSSSHHHH" a mystical voice says from overhead.
Ash popes out from nowhere to hear the voice again.
"Who are you, what do you want from me?" Ash screams in a frightened voice.
"Use the whistle," the voice say as it sounds like it is getting further and 
further away.
"What?!?! The whistle can't help me I have to find Misty she needs me...and I 
need her too." Ash said as he looked down.
Suddenly, he felt a harsh wind blow in his direction. He covered his eyes from 
the gust of wind. When it was over he looked straight ahead and to his surprise 
he say Misty.
"Ash, help me" She said to him with scared eyes.
"Misty?!?" Ash asked the figure.
"Use the whistle to help me. You are not alone." She said as she began to fade 
away.
"Misty wait, I love you don't go" Ash yelled as he reached for her arm, but it 
was too late she had already gone. Then he heard the voice again.
"Use the whistle Ash. I love you too." The voice said then Ash saw all black.

End sequence

Ash woke up to the sounds of crickets chirping their night songs. He looked at 
the computer screen and saw "data not found" in big black letters. He looked 
around the hotel room and saw the houndoom still twitching. He then recalled the 
dream he had and every detail. He remembered what the last words of the voice 
were, 'Use the whistle, Ash. I love you too'. He would have thought about it 
more but he looked at the whistle lying on the desk.
'I wonder...' Ash thought.
