Misty- 23

                                    Will you marry me

            We find Ash and Misty walking trough the park, talking. "Oh Ash, 
isn't all of this so beautiful, I mean the flowers, the sky, the scenery." Said 
Misty with a smile. "Yeah Mist, it sure is" Replied Ash. Just like that they 
talked and talked and reached Misty's house. "Ash, how long have we known each 
other?" asked Misty. "Well for almost 8 years now." Replied Ash. "And how long 
has it been since we have told each other about our feelings for each other." 
asked Misty " Well for 4 years." Said Ash. "Don't you think we should move 
forward with our relationship?" said Misty.      

"Well um, are you saying like--" Ash's sentence was cut off, "Misty, come in 
here" yelled Violet. With that Ash and Misty just gave each other a small kiss. 
"Hmmm. What was Misty talking about? I need some help in figuring this out." 
Just then Ash's cell phone rang. "Hey Ash." "Who is this?" "It's Brock." Oh, Hey 
Brock" "Um, Ash listen, I'm getting married in a week" When Ash heard that his 
heart skipped a beat. "Oh really, Who's the sap, I mean the lucky girl." Well 
it's Susie." Susie?" "Yeah, we met at the breeders convention" "Boy, they sure 
do have a lot of breeders conventions now don't they." " Yeah, whatever, hey 
listen I need you to be my best man." Wow, me seriously." "Yeah, because I've 
known you for 5 years and you've known Susie for 7 hours." "Ha Ha, real funny." 
"So will you do it? Hey and Misty is the maid of honor." "Yeah, sure, you got 
yourself a best man." "Ok, catch ya later" "Ok, bye." Wow, imagine Brock 
married, I wish I could marry Misty someday too. Hey, maybe that's what she 
meant when she said that we should take our relationship to a higher level. Boy, 
I would sure like that. Thinking about this, Ash reaches his house and goes to 
his room. "Oh, I really wish that I could get married to Misty. I mean I love 
her, she loves me, and we're perfect for each other. But marriage is a big step 
ahead, it's a big decision, a big responsibility." Ash said lying on his bed 
dreaming about a life with Misty. "I've got it, I'll ask her at Brock's 
marriage." Ash takes out his cell phone and calls Brock. "Hey Brock." "Oh, hello 
Ash." "Um, Brock there's something I want to tell you, you see, I've always had 
this crush on Misty, and now its become love and..." "Hey, You think I don't 
know that, I mean, you can read it right of each of your faces." "Really? Is it 
that obvious? Anyway, I wanted to ask her to marry me at your wedding." 
Wwwhhhaattttt!!!!!!!!! Marry her, and at my wedding, well alright, but don't say 
it aloud, because its my marriage." "Ok, thanks. Bye" "Wow, I never knew that 
Ash and Misty loved each other so much." Said Brock. "Well time to go and get 
the ring." Said Ash. So Ash goes to the jewellery store and buys Misty's ring. 
It was a Diamond. "Woah! Was that expensive or what. It cost me a fortune, but 
nothing is more important to me than Misty. Now for step 2 of the plan. Going in 
for the kill, in this case, thinking of how to kiss her." Said Ash giggling. And 
then all the preparations for the marriage were set, and Brock's marriage was 
the next day. "Well tomorrow I ask Misty to marry me, I just hope she says yes 
and that we don't make a big scene." Said Ash blushing and nervous. "I know, 
I'll take her out to dinner tonight." So Ash calls up Misty and she agrees to go 
to dinner with him. 

~ At the restaurant~

"So Ash, why did you ask me to come to dinner with you tonight?" asked Misty 
curiously. "No reason, I just thought it would be romantic." Replied Ash. "Oh." 
Said Misty. Ash and Misty then ordered their food and began to eat. "Hmmm. This 
Lobster sure is delicious." Said Ash. "And so is this Turkey." Said Misty. "This 
is a lovely restaurant, isn't it." Said Misty. "Sure is, it sure is." Replied 
Ash. After they ate dinner, Ash walked Misty home and they both shared a big 
passionate kiss.

~ In Misty's room~

"Oh man, that kiss with Ash was so dreamy and sexy. I mean, I almost swallowed 
his tongue. This was one of the best nights of my life." Said Misty.

~ In Ash's room~

"Oh man, that was until now the best night of my life. Oh, I just can't wait to 
ask Misty to marry me tomorrow. Yes, it will definitely be the good life." Said 
Ash

~ Brock and Susie's wedding~

"Well, time to be the best man. Ash said in a calm and soft voice. "Ah, there's 
Ash, but I don't see Susie or Brock anywhere." Said Misty.

"Hey Ash," "Oh, hey Misty." Misty then questioned, "Hey, did you see Brock or 
Susie anywhere?" "No, I'm looking for them too." Replied Ash. "Hey there they 
are," said Misty. Wow, Brock actually looks good. Thought Ash. Oh, there's 
Susie, she looks really good in that dress. No wonder Brock is marrying her; 
well he would marry any girl who says yes. Thought Misty, and giggled. "Come on 
guys, its time to walk down the aisle." Said Brock, very nervously. Then that 
wedding music hit, they both gave their speeches and everything and then it was 
time. "Dearly beloved, we are here today to unite Brock Harrison and Susie 
??????. Do you Brock take Susie to be your lawfully wedded wife?" said the 
Priest. "I do." Replied Brock. "And do you Susie take Brock to be your lawfully 
wedded husband?" asked the Priest. "I do." Replied Susie. "Then I now pronounce 
you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." "Oh Ash, I think I'm going to 
cry." Said Misty. Hey, its time for my plan. Then Ash got down on one foot, 
"Misty, will you marry me?" asked Ash, with his heart pumping faster than ever 
and sweating even harder than a pig. "Yes, I will." Answered Misty, with tears 
flowing down her cheeks. "Then I now pronounce us engaged." Said Ash with a huge 
smile on his face. And then they kissed.
