Ash tells a scary story about Room 13. The moon shined brightly for a moment, then hid behind the dark black clouds. Ash, Misty, Brock and Pikachu walked silently through Black Road City. The only sound that could be heard was Ash's loud breathing. Finally, Misty broke the silence. "Why don't we stop somewhere for the night?" Ash nodded, then asked: "Where?" As if to answer him, an old-looking hotel rose in front of them. It seemed to slant to the side, and it looked like a shadow or something. The four heroes walked in, again not saying a peep. "Pika Pikachu," whispered Pikachu. "Yeah I know it looks deserted, but the sign said "Vacancy"." answered Ash. Brock rang the bell. Cling Cling. No one answered, so Ash took a pair of keys off the desk. "It says: Room 13." Ash said. They walked up some creaky steps and down a hall until they found Room 13. "They have three beds. Perfect." Ash smiled. No one else smiled with him. The four walked into the darkened room. Ash tried to open the window to let in some fresh air, but it wouldn't budge. Brock finally found the lights. When they came on, Ash gasped. The window had ugly black bars blocking the view and closing the window shut. "This place…" He whispered, "Is like some sort of prison or something. "Ash, stop scaring Togepi!" Misty cried. He realized she was crying. Togepi was too. Brock, trying to be the man, said, "Don't worry. Nothing bad will happen to us." Then he whispered, "I hope." The night for Ash was horrible. He kept thinking Misty was being taken to a dungeon. He could hear her screaming and yelling, "Help me, Ash!" But he was strapped to a chair as she was killed. Finally, Ash woke up, screaming his head off. He realized he wasn't the only one screaming. "Ash! Help me!" cried Misty. Ash jumped up so quick he almost bumped his head on the ceiling. "I'm coming, Misty!" He cried. He then saw Misty, trying to drag in her bags. "Ash! Help me carry my bags!" He sighed and helped her. "I still have a weird feeling we're not alone here," Ash told Brock. Brock nodded. "I think something is coming for us… coming…" The next day, Ash was watching some cheap T.V., when someone walked into his room. It was a dark, tall figure, which had eerie, teetering steps. It seemed to reach to him, as if to tell him to follow it. Ash obeyed, as if in a trance. He followed the figure down into a graveyard, into one of the graves. The next day Ash was gone. "Ash!" Misty called. No answer. She decided to see if he was hiding in the graveyard or something. When she got there, she saw a figure with odd, teetering steps. That's the last thing she saw, and that's the last time Brock saw Misty. Brock and Pikachu knew something was up. They followed tracks to a graveyard. Then they saw the horrifying sight. Ash was sitting there, his skull cracked in half. His face was locked in a look of terror. Pikachu screamed. Then they saw Misty. It was only the first half of her body there. Blood was everywhere. Then Ash smiled. Brock yelled. "Brock, join me…" He moaned. A huge worm wriggled from his cracked head. Pikachu saw Misty's deformed body crawl towards him. "Pikachu, join us…" she said, her mouth falling apart. Ash grabbed Brock's shoulders and dug his teeth into Brock's head. Brock froze in horror as he collapsed to the floor. Pikachu ran, screaming. He ran into Room 13. There, he saw Ash and Misty, waiting for him. Along with others. One's head was gone. Another looked normal-except when she turned around. It looked like an ant farm. Pikachu tried to escape. He couldn't. The door was locked shut. The bars on the window blocked his second route. Then Pikachu knew. Pikachu knew the terrible secret of Room 13. There was no escape. "ASH!" Misty cried. "That was the most scariest story ever! You're scaring Pikachu and Brock!" Pikachu and Brock were high in a tree. "But there's one thing that bothers me…" Misty said. "What's that?" asked Ash, studying Misty's beautiful face. "Who was the person that came in and killed you and me?" Ash thought and said, "Tracey." Everyone laughed. THE END
