I ran up the hill at full speed, eager to get to Verdes City. I looked past the trees and saw Verdes City. "Come on, Liz!" I yelled. "We have to get to the gym."
"Woody, it's 1:00 in the morning," Lizzie said. "We need a rest. Come on, let's go get some sleep at the Pokemon Center. The gym closed at 11:00 and it doesn't open until 6:00 in the morning."
I slowed down. "I guess you're right. But I just can't wait to get my next badge. And now with Lapras on our team, we're unbeatable."
As I said that, we both started to fall. "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!"
"What's going on?" Lizzie called to me as we started to fall through the ground, deeper and deeper. We fell for about 20 seconds and then we landed hard on the sand. I hurt my arm. I rolled onto my back and sat up.
"Damn it," Lizzie muttered. Her nose was bleeding. "Who did this? Ow." She got to her feet and pulled me up. I looked around.
We were in some sort of underground building. There was a hallway leading down through the building with doors all over the place. There was a buzzing sound coming from above us. I looked up. There was a speaker and a camera above us. I took Scyther's Pokeball out of my pocket and pressed the little button on it. Scyther popped out. "Use Slash on that camera," I said. Scyther flew up and swiped the camera with an incredible impact. The camera exploded, sending sparks everywhere.
"Maybe we should have one of our Pokemon look around and see where we are," Lizzie said.
"No, I have a better idea," I said. "I picked up some of these mini-cams at the Super Mart when we left Kun Town. I pulled a small bag out of my pocket. I took out a tiny green ball.
"It looks like a piece of gel," Lizzie said. "I put stuff like that in my hair every day."
I stuck the gel on the wall. I looked down at Pikachu and handed him the bag. "Use your Agility to stick these mini-cams everywhere." Pikachu did just that. It only took about five seconds before it returned.
"Now watch this," I said to Lizzie. I took my portable laptop from my backpack. I clicked around. "You see, wherever I put those minicams, it shows wherever Pikachu put them. It's like on Spy Kids."
     "Awesome," Lizzie muttered.
Suddenly, I saw a guy in a white lab coat running down the hallway with three Pokeballs in hand. Before we could move, he was standing in front of us. He threw all three of them without saying a word.
A Voltorb, a Magnemite, and a Grimer appeared.
"Magnemite, Voltorb, Thunderbolt!" he yelled. "Grimer, Sludge Bomb."
Pikachu, Marill, and Scyther couldn't react in time. I was hit right in the head. I yelled out as I flew into the wall. The last thing I remember was seeing someone run in with a Chikorita and attack the Scientist. I then passed out.

"Woody, Woody." Everything was blurry. "Woody." Someone was shaking me. I woke up to see Lizzie standing over me. She looked very concerned. Putting her arms around my head, she hugged me. I opened my eyes and sat up.
"Edward, please sit down," a nurse said. She came to me with a cup of water. "You got hit really hard in the head. I looked in the mirror. There was a cast on my arm, a bandage on my head, and I had a black eye.
"That building collapsed," Lizzie said. "We almost didn't get out in time. But luckily, Willis saved us."
"Who's Willis?" I demanded. I turned my head to the right and saw a boy about fourteen years old standing there. (He looks like a Cooltrainer from Pokemon Gold, Silver, Crystal.) He had the blonde hair, the red sweat pants, a white T-shirt and a red jacket.
"Hi," he said. "It's a good thing I was walking by, or I would have never heard that place blowing up."
"Thanks, man," I said. I slapped Willis a high five. "I guess I owe you a favor. Just ask me whenever you'd like."
"Yeah, I'm just asking for a good match when you challenge me for the Petal Badge."
     "Whatchu talkin' about Willis?"
"I'm the Verdes City gym leader," he said. "It was my Chikorita who saved you actually. She's the one who heard it." I looked down. Pikachu and Marill were talking to Chikorita in what seemed to be Pokemon talk. I couldn't really understand them.
"When can we have our match?" I asked.
"As soon as you get out of the hospital," he answered. "And if I heard Nurse Joy correctly, you only have to stay here for one night. Your arm is broken and you have a huge scrape on your head. I don't know how badly that scientist hurt you, but you'll be wearing that cast for a while."
I looked at the clock on the stand next to me. It was barely noon. This was sooo boring.

I woke up about midnight when I heard a scratching sound. I walked over to my window and opened it.
"Put that crate over there!" a man with a black uniform on ordered to two other guys. I looked out, wondering what they were doing. But I took a closer look at the crates. On the top of them I peeked over the edge of the window. There were a bunch of Pokemon Eggs in it.
"They're stealing those Pokemon eggs," I said down to Pikachu.
"Pikachu, Pikachu," Pikachu said. (We've got to stop them, Woody.)
I nodded. "Grab my shirt and let's go." Pikachu lumped onto my bed and threw my blue Staryu shirt to me. I put it on. It was kind of hard with a cast on my arm, but I managed fairly.
We raced down the halls and before we came to the door, we realized that there was a nurse in the room in front of us, watching TV. If she heard us, Pikachu and I would be in more trouble than I could imagine.
Her side was turned to us. "Quiet," I said to Pikachu. We held our breath and walked as fast as we could, not trying to attract attention. When we were past the door, that's when trouble started.
"Hey!" the nurse cried. I thought I had been caught, but she was yelling at her lamp. The light had blew out.
I gave the thumbs-up to Pikachu and we ran outside. "What do you think you're doing?" I demanded.
The three men turned, startled. They all weird holding guns. They didn't bother to shoot at me. I dodged out of the way of two bullets. Robber 1 turned to Robber 2 and 3. "Don't just sit there, attack him and his little Pika pal."
They both sent out Pokemon. One sent on Ekans and the other sent out Geodude. "Pikachu, Thunderbolt," I said. Pikachu shot off an electric charge at Ekans.
The snake was surrounded by sparks. Geodude was stronger though. "Geodude, Rock Throw!" Robber 3 cried.
Geodude shot rocks out of his fist. They both hit Pikachu, but Pikachu didn't even think about running away. It used a Thundershock on Geodude. Geodude didn't seem very hurt. It easily shook off the sparks.
"This looks like a time for Lapras to step in," I muttered. I through the Lure ball and the blue sea serpent popped out. "Lapras, use a Water Gun." Lapras shot a beam of water at Geodude.
Geodude who was weak against water attacks slid back on the ground with authority. It recoiled into its Pokeball. Robber 3 grunted. "Coward."
Ekans hovered above me. I gasped but all of a sudden, two leaves smashed into Ekans. "Ekanssssssssss," it hissed. The purple snake aimed its yellow eyes at the attacker, but no one was there. It turned back to me and opened its jaws. I was wondering where Pikachu and Lapras were, but then I realized that they were in some sort of trance. Ekans had used Glare on them both, and until Ekans returned to its Pokeball, Lapras and Pikachu couldn't move. Ekans came down on me to bite me, but this time vines covered its mouth.
The robbers all yelled out in frustration. I saw Willis and Lizzie come out of the bushes. Willis had his Chikorita with him and Lizzie had her Marill.
"This is none of your business," Robber 1 said. "Why don't you two just go on and play patty-cake or something like that."
"Marill, Iron Tail," Lizzie said. Marill's tail glowed an eerie white color and it smacked Ekans in the face. The snake fell to the ground. Robber 2 recalled it. Robber 1 just walked up to us and smiled. "I see you kids have more guts than you do brains. But neither will work against my Houndour." He sent out a dog-like Pokemon that had bones or wood of some sort around its spine.
"I am Julius," he said. "This is Ray and Kio. We are Team Orb. Together we are invincible. We could kill you right now, but we will not. We could take you by the necks and rip your heads off right now, but we won't." He pulled my face closed to his. I stared into his cold blue eyes. I could smell his sour breath, burning my nostrils. "We could scare you right now, and by the looks of it, we aren't doing a very good job of scaring you, Edward -- or should I say Woody?"
I gasped. "H-how did you know m-my name?"
Julius let go of me and I fell to the ground. "I know you better than anyone else. I know you better than you know yourself. When you were three, you tried to climb a tree, but you got splinters in your hand and fell. That's how you got the nickname, Woody. You were born on June 22. In three weeks you'll be eleven years old, and Lizzie's birthday is about one hour after yours."
"How do you know all of this?" I demanded.
"Haven't you guessed it by now?" Julius asked. "Do you remember your brother?"
"Yeah," I said. "He was about your height, he had red hair, he wore colored contacts -- they were blue. He had a tattoo of Earth on his shoulder, and his name began with a J. What was it?"
"Julius?" Julius asked. I look up at him. "Oh my God, no!"
I looked at Julius, I looked at my brother. My half-brother. "Lizzie, your father didn't die in a car crash with Woody's mother. I hired a hit man to murder them."
I snapped. I punched Julius right in the face. He turned away and when he turned back to me, he opened his mouth and a tooth fell out. Blood was leaking from his nose. His lip was bleeding.
     "You couldn't have! WHY?"
"Our mother was a worthless, little nun. Lizzie, your father was a sick man who was about to die anyway. When your father was engaged to my mother, my mother was no longer a nun! I liked the silence in our house. I didn't want to be your brother, so I killed them."
Lizzie shook her head and was about to cry. "So you're saying that you wanted your mother to be a nun. And since nuns can't be married she wouldn't be a nun anymore. You liked the silence in her house because she was a nun, and since she was no longer going to be a nun, you killed your own mother, and my father?"
"Of course I did," Julius said. Ray and Kio just stood back in laughed. I punched Julius again. This time he started to bleed from the forehead. I jumped on top of him and Willis jumped on top of Ray. I got a couple of good punches in, but Kio came up from behind me and smashed me in the back of the head with a tree branch. Kio was extremely strong. I held my head. It ached like crap.
Ray pushed Willis to the ground and got a cheap shot on the back of my neck. Lizzie hid behind a tree. As Willis tried to recover, Julius, Kio, and Ray all continued stomping on my head. I could feel blood oozing from my face and forehead.
I could hear a buzzing sound, and then I realized that Pikachu was using Spark on Julius. The attack didn't really injure him, but it was enough to make him flinch and recoil.
     "Pika!" Pikachu cried. (Get away!)
"Chika," Chikorita growled. Chikorita shot a Razor Leaf at Kio, Ray, and Julius, and Pikachu used a Thunderwave. Marill was watching with Lizzie. The attacks hit the ground in front of Kio, Julius, and Ray.
"We'll be back," Julius said. He pressed a button on his watch, and the three of them vanished in a red light. I held my head. Blood was all over the place. My face looked like it had been painted red. Willis helped me up.

I was in the hospital for the second day in a row. I had a bandage below my ear and six stitches in my forehead. "These people who did this to you will try to be arrested as soon as possible."
"One of them, Julius," I whispered. "My half brother. He was in Team Rocket, too. Wasn't he?"
"Yeah," Lizzie said. "I wonder where Joan is?"
"Maybe he isn't a part of Team Rocket, anymore," I said.
"We haven't seen them since Joan was running out of the city, naked."
That got Willis's attention. "Naked girl, where?"
I laughed. "We got in a fight with this girl from Team Rocket. She and Lizzie got into a Catfight, and then Lizzie took off all of Joan's clothes. Big pups. Fake -- but big."
Lizzie couldn't take it anymore. "That's all you talk about, Woody," she said. "It's just beginning to get annoying. I'll show you REAL." She took off her shirt. My mouth hang open. Willis almost fell out of his chair.
     "WOW! Can I touch them?"
Lizzie rolled her eyes and put her shirt back on and them pulled down her pants. Again, Willis and I were shocked. She pulled her pants back up. "Happy?"
I was about to jump up and down with excitement, but I came to my senses. "Lizzie, you're just a friend. It's not the same. Joan was HOT! I mean, you're okay too. But Joan was a woman."
"I'm a woman too," Lizzie said. "Just because I'm only ten, I'm still a woman. A girl, but a female. And I think I have big boobs for my age."

About three days later I was out of the hospital, preparing for a battle with Willis. "This will be a one on one match," he said. "No time limit. I'm not going to take it easy on you just because we're friends."
     "I choose Quilava," I said.
"Go Chikorita!" Willis yelled. We both threw our Pokeballs. Chikorita, a grass Pokemon with a leaf on its head stared down Quilava. A big black mouse with flames coming from its body.
"Quilava, Flame Wheel," I ordered. Quilava curled into a ball and burst into flames. It them rammed into Chikorita. The leaf Pokemon tried to stand its ground.
"Separate yourself with a Vine Whip!" Willis commanded. Chikorita wrapped its vine around Quilava and tossed him into the air.
"Come down with a Smokescreen," I said. Quilava sped towards the ground and shot smoke from its mouth. Quilava then swerved out of the way in midair. Chikorita was surrounded by the smoke.
"Chikorita, use the leaf on your head for a Whirlwind," Willis said. Chikorita spun the leaf on its head. The smoke cleared away. Chikorita came at Quilava with a Tackle.
"Quilava, Headbutt," I ordered. Quilava rammed its head into Chikorita. Chikorita slid back but grabbed onto Quilava with another Vine Whip. The attack sent Quilava crashing into the ground. Chikorita used a Wrap attack. Quilava struggled to get out of the vines, but Chikorita had a very tight grip. "Come on, Quilava," I encouraged my fire mouse Pokemon. I held my breath.
Quilava seemed to be having all of the energy sucked out of him. "Chikorita, use Wrap Harder!"
Chikorita squeezed Quilava as hard as she could. I had an idea though. "Quilava, aim a Quick Attack towards that wall."
Quilava ran pas Chikorita, using the last bit of energy it had. Chikorita's grip loosened and Chikorita went rumbling through the air. She landed hard on her back.
"Swirl Flame," I commanded. Quilava shot a swirling flame at Chikorita. Chikorita got up, but as she did, the Swirl Flame hit her and she fell to her side.
I thought it was over, but Chikorita didn't give up. It used Razor Leaf on Quilava. Quilava got hit in the head over and over again by the sharp stream of leaves. Quilava was strong against grass attacks, but Chikorita was strong. Quilava had to crawl out of the way.
"Chikorita, hit him with another Razor Leaf."
"Quilava, Ember attack now!" The leafs and the fireballs hit eachother and flaming leaves fell to the ground. That distracted Chikorita. "Now, Quilava. Rock Smash," I ordered. Quilava glowed white, and he smashed his body right into Chikorita. Chikorita yelled out and was knocked out.
"Chikorita, return," Willis said. He walked up to me and shook my hand. "Great match, Woody." He took out a badge that looked like a rose from his pocket and handed it to me. "There are ten badges you need to collect," he said. "You already have two. You need eight more and the next gym is in Beige Town. You can win the Smash Badge."
"Willis!" a voice yelled. We all looked towards the door. A man that looked like a bigger version of Willis walked into the room. "Willis, I can't let you continue to be the gym leader here."
Lizzie and I were confused. Willis's eyes got big. "Dad?"
"I left you six years ago. You were only eight. I shouldn't have done it, but I needed some time to myself. You seem to be managing very well on yourself. If you'd like, I can take over the gym, and you can be with your new friends."
     "Are you serious?" Willis asked.
His father nodded. "Thanks, Dad!" Willis hugged his father.

Willis, Lizzie, and I walked out of Verdes City. I wonder what sort of adventures we will be facing next time.

NOTES FROM THE AUTHOUR ABOUT REDSTREAK ORPHAN Pitriboy OT Okay, here are some things that I want you readers to know. The reason that I haven't talked about Lizzie's Charmander, Woody's Scyther, or Willis's Gloom much, is that I feel that they may overlook the other Pokemon and I don't want that. In future parts I will expose those Pokemon a little more. My stories may not be all that good right now, but I've been having some problems lately. I won't go into details, but I swear they will start to get better. And lastly, I apologize for the extreme voilence and sexuality in my stories, but I'm not all that good at keeping my stories "clean." There won't be as much sex and voilence in upcoming stories. However I will only be posting about 3 stories a month, and I have a HUGE 2 part story coming out for The Pokemon Tower this August. I won't give you the exact date, but it will be really good. Thanks for reading this and I hope you enjoy Redstreak Orphan. E-mail me at Meech5@aol.com
