I, Queen of Shadow, made the characters (except Jasmine) but all Pokemon, places and copyrights are Nintendo’s. Rising Despair Part 1: The Visionary (Five years before Ash Ketchum was born) Nightfall was approaching as two figures hacked through the forest. Olivine City and its famous lighthouse came to sight. A ten year old girl and her Magnemite was sitting near the forest and she beckoned to them. "I’m here and I need the antidote! Please help me!" The two nodded figuring that she was the girl. Then they silently grabbed her and they slid into the night. ******************** Hirongino woke up with a fright. He had another dream. Another kidnapping one, they always came true. His Bulbasaur (Jibulba) and his Makuhita (Chet ) lazily looked up at him and stared at him with open eyes. "It was another one wasn’t it?" Jibulba said in his Pokemon tongue "Yeah, I hate them and…OMG I’m late for trainer school!" Hirongino yelled and threw on his outfit. "Oi! Graduation mate!’ Said Chet in his Pokemon language. Did ya forget?" Running, Hirongino cycled to school with his Pokemon in their Pokeballs. "Jasmine is going to kill me" Hirongino thought. His best friend who was heir to the Olivine Gym. He arrived at school about two mins late and he went through the graduation ceremony and still no Jazzie. "Where is she? I‘ve graduated and no Jazzie" he thought until bombs were heard in Chet’s Pokeball. "Stop watching the TV I got you!" he roared in Pokemon language (sounding like a grouchy Sceptile) Chet meekly came out and Jibulba sadly showed him a newspaper that said Jasmine had disappeared. "No," he said fighting the tears, "she can’t be gone" and then the three of them wept openly. ******************** He was free. Gurune cheered happily as he, his machop (Macho) and his Gastly ( Lady Scream) left home. For years his parents neglected and hated him but now he was leaving for Aunt Felina’s laboratory. He sat on deck to see Olivine City (the pit stop to the Orange Islands) while his Pokemon played together. Unknown to him he wasn’t the only person who could speak in a Pokemon tongue. And he was going for the battle of the biggest fight of his life. So ends the really short Part 1 where Hirongino and a mystery girl fight for their lives!
