Here is part 2 of this fic. Please let me know how I am doing so far. I really appreciate comments and feedback. I guess this whole story is going to be rated PG-13. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. BTW, I do not own any of these characters. A bunch of lucky, probably, millionaires do. Now, on with the fic.

Part 2: It’s All Ash’s Fault!

RP: Last time we left our heroes, they had just arrived in Cerulean and were all on their way out to go to an all you can eat dinner. Of course, Misty didn’t complain. As long as there is ice cream, she’s happy.

Ash Title: It’s All Ash’s Fault!

Misty: What kind of title is that?

Ash: How am I the reason, Misty’s sick!

RP: (Winks) You’ll see.

Misty started to feel a bit queasy as the Rapidash drawn carriage continued on its path, passing by many different waterfronts, which the city was known for. She started to turn pale again, but nobody noticed, except for Pikachu and Togepi. Everyone else was engaged in conversation.

":Are you all right, Misty:" Pikachu asked the girl (who could understand Pikachu quite well now).

":Mommy okay?:" Togepi chirped out in concern.

"Oh, don't worry about me, guys," Misty told the two Pokémon confidently.  "I guess this bumpy ride isn't too good for my stomach."

Right at that moment, the oldest of the sisters took notice of Misty's frail look.  She pushed some of her shiny blonde-hair behind her ear.  "Like, Misty, are you okay?"

The bright pink-haired sister spoke up next, also noticing how weak and pale Misty seemed to be.  "Yeah, you look totally atrocious.  You know, like, more than usual."

Misty glared at Lily in annoyance.

The dark-haired sister of them pulled her white jacket on her a bit, due to how chilly it seemed to be from the breeze.  "You look really pale too," Violet added on.

"Misty, if you're sick again---"

"I said that I'm fine!" Misty interrupted Ash quite impatiently.  "Riding makes me queasy, that's all!"  Everyone stared at her in slight perplexity, not really believing her.  "I guess I'm just really hungry, so let's hurry up!  I'm so hungry, I could eat a Ponyta!"

The three sisters exchanged glances, due to Misty's statement, hoping beyond hope that the youngest of them wasn't going through what they thought she may be going through.

'It can't be,' Daisy thought as the carriage continued on, passing a fountain with an assortment of water Pokémon.  'Are those two together now?'

'Whoa, not Misty!' Violet thought in disbelief.  'I wonder if those two are together.  If they are, we have a problem.'

Lily stared from Ash to Misty, obviously thinking the same thing her two elder sisters did.  'I wonder if those two are together now.  It's weird because she's never gotten sick from a carriage ride before.  She's the one who likes carriage rides, and this is practically her favorite mode of transportation whenever she is home.  She doesn't even get seasick whenever we went sailing or surfed with our Pokémon!  How can a carriage ride make her sick?!'

The carriage finally came to a stop, Rapidash "neighing".

"Okay, everybody out," Violet announced.  "We're here!  The Pokémon Inn Restaurant!  It's one of the best places in all of Cerulean, so our baby sister says."  She gave Misty a flashing smile.  "It has a great dessert bar, which Misty just loves."

"That's one smart Rapidash," Kenji commented after stepping out of the carriage.  "You didn't even need a driver to lead him."

"Yeah, he is very smart," Lily said while petting him, who snorted affectionately.  "We've had him for years."

The group finally entered the exquisite restaurant, which had a giant fountain in the middle and a statue of a Dewgong.  A waiter walked up to them, and led them all to a section all their own.

"Wow," Ash whistled while looking around the nicely decorated Westernized-influenced place, "this place is cool!"

After being seated and getting drinks, they decided to have themselves a bite to eat.

"I've never been to a place like this," Brock said while drinking down some of his tea.  "We get our own food, instead of having it served?"

Daisy nodded.  "It's a buffet.  You have the choice of ordering something from the menu or you can go up to the food bars there, and have as much to eat as you want.  It's common in the western part of the world, I heard."

Todd turned partially red in embarrassment.  "Um…how much does it cost?"

"Oh, you guys, don't worry about the bill," Lily told them, "it's on us."

"Yeah, but if you are curious," Daisy added, after Todd's embarrassed look turned to that of relief, "it's one set price, and it doesn't cost too much, about Ą800."

Misty, of course, ordered the buffet just so she could live at the dessert bar with all the cakes and ice cream, but when it was time to eat, Misty didn’t eat as much as she wanted to. She started to feel sick again and pushed it aside.

Daisy looked up from her bowl of Ramen.  "What's wrong?"

"Oh, nothing," she answered back plainly.  "I guess I ate too much."

Lily was now looking worried.  "Something must be wrong if our kid-sister isn't finishing her ice cream.  That's, like, your totally favorite food, Misty."

Ash, who was sitting right beside Misty (Daisy being on her other side), put an arm around her.  "I'm worried about you.  Are you sure that you're okay?"

She snuggled a bit closer to him, still having a good grasp on Togepi.  "Thanks for the concern, but really, I'm okay."

Misty's older sisters stared wide-eyed as Ash let go of Misty.  They couldn't believe that the two were snuggling so close, and in public.  But the main thing was that those actions alone had confirmed their suspicions.

Todd: Not that mushy stuff again! Cool it with the mush, RP!

RP: I have to put it in somewhere. This is an AAMR, well sorta. Besides, I’m never that mushy.

Kenji set his food down, and gave Misty a sly look.  "Oh, forgot to mention that you two are an item, eh Misty?"

Todd (who was seated in between Brock and Kenji and across from Daisy, Misty, and Ash) laughed half-heartedly.  "It took them forever just to tell us."

At this point, Brock was feeling a bit down.  "Everyone is getting a girlfriend except for me!"  He then turned to his left, where Lily sat (beside her was Violet who was next to Ash).  "Hey Lily, how about we---"

"Um," she interrupted with a sweat drop, "I'm looking for someone closer to my age."

"How much closer can I get to you?" a love-struck Brock asked, in a total dream world.

Everyone sighed at the way Brock was acting.  Misty was about to take out her mallet, but decided not to since she didn't feel she had the strength.

"So," Lily continued, ignoring Brock completely, "how long have you two been together?"

"Since Ash got his Earth badge, and before that terrible trial dealing with Giovanni," Misty shuddered slightly.

"Yeah, but considering how long they've known each other, I'd say their entire journey together," Brock declared, drinking down some of his cola.  "For the later parts of our journey, they seemed to always flirt with each other."

Ash and Misty went slightly red from embarrassment; Brock was right. Pikachu and Togepi laughed while Mewtwo just sat there (he was seated next to Kenji), consuming a slice of Pokéberry Pie.

Lily stared down at her half-eaten meal, and sighed painfully.  "I can't believe that man killed our parents, and that you, like, went through so much."

"We're sorry for ever blaming you, Misty!" Violet wanted to make absolutely clear.  "We were just really upset at the fact that you couldn't remember anything."

"Yeah, like please forgive us!" Daisy pleaded.

Misty felt like crying, not out of sadness or grief, but out of happiness.  She finally felt that she belonged and that her sisters had finally accepted her, even if they hadn't come right out and said it as of yet.  "I knew you guys were upset, and I knew you didn't really hate me."

"No, of course not; we didn't hate you, and we never will," Daisy insisted resolutely.  "You know we love you," she then added haughtily, "although you're not as pretty as we are."

"Thanks for the apology, I think," Misty muttered.  She picked up her drink, and gulped some of it down.  She then looked slightly repulsed, once again feeling quite nauseated.  "Please, excuse me," the girl managed to get out, setting down Togepi and running in the direction of the lavatory.

Todd stared after her, shaking his head.  "She's not better.  She told us she was."  He turned his attention back to the others.  "What's wrong with her anyway?"

"I really don't know," Daisy answered.  "She's always been the healthiest of us.  When she was younger and in school, she never missed a day."

"She's never even had those childhood diseases, like the measles or the mumps, or even the Chicken Pox," Violet added, also thinking back.

"She hardly ever catches a cold."

"I don't think I have ever seen Misty with a cold, Lily.  I guess she is pretty healthy," Kenji agreed.

"She told us that she's been like this for the past few days," Ash remembered.  "I didn't really notice it though because she always eat a lot, even though, she has been eating a bit more than usual, and she has been kinda sorta been running to the bathroom a lot lately," he turned red from mentioning such a thing, "but I don't think that's any of our business."

Lily grew starry-eyed.  "And yet, she's so thin," the girl uttered out enviously.  "Why can't I eat all the ice cream I want and not gain any weight!"

Everyone ignored Lily pretty much.

"The redheaded one has been in terrible shape this entire day, but she's been so complex about the entire situation.  First she claims to be in perfect health, and then she is ill once again."  He looked down at his now empty plate and looked towards Ash.  "May I be excused to go back to the dessert bar?"

"Oh, yeah, sure, go right ahead, Mewtwo."

He stood, and stalked off towards the dessert bar for more Pokéberry Pie, which was one of the best tasting foods he'd ever had the honor of trying.

"Mewtwo sure has good manners," Ash said in slight amusement, "even though Giovanni used to have control over him."

Violet set her napkin down on the table and stood up.  "I'm going to go and check on Misty."

"Good idea," everyone chimed as she walked towards the lavatory.

"While she goes to check on Misty, we'll try to figure something out."  Kenji sat back in his chair.  "We ought to get her to a doctor sometime soon."

"Here we go again," Todd groaned.  "It just hasn't been her year.  First, she was poisoned, and now she keeps getting sick from everything she eats.  Talk about weird."

"So you guys didn't notice the way she was acting?"  Even though Daisy asked this of all of them, her attention was mostly on Ash.

"She has been a bit quiet for the past few days, and didn't complain once about bugs or anything when we had to camp out in the Viridian Forest last night.  I also noticed she never slept all night and kept slipping out of the room."

Daisy, after hearing that, had her full attention on Ash now.  "You two shared a room together?!"

"Yeah, what's wrong with us sharing a room together?"

Lily's attention was now on Ash as well.  It was like the rest of them weren't even there, and didn't even notice Mewtwo's return to the table with an ample amount of pie.  "Did she sleep in the same bed as you?"

Still clueless, the boy answered, "Yeah.  She hated the top bunk so she slept on mine with me."

Both girls looked distressed.  "Same bed!?!"

Brock, Kenji, and Todd had a million sweat drops all over their faces.  They all got what the two sisters were assuming about Ash and Misty.  Even Pikachu understood, but Togepi didn't really get it, though, because he was so young.

Right at that moment, Misty returned with Violet.

"So, what's the diagnosis," Violet asked as she sat.

Daisy and Lily both gave her a look before answering.

Violet looked back at the both of them curiously.  "What?"

Lily cleared her throat.  "Was this a daily thing, Ash; you and Misty sharing a bed together?"

"Yeah, all the time; almost every night," Ash answered, still not really getting it.  "Sometimes we wouldn't sleep, though."  After that statement, Misty blushed a little.

Violet now looked incredibly distraught over this bit of news, but not as much as Todd, who now wore a slight frown.  'I know Ash and Misty wouldn't!  Would they?  At the Viridian Pokémon Center, before the match with Giovanni, Ash stayed with her all night, but Pikachu was with them too, so that doesn't mean anything…'

'They're just kids,' Kenji thought, trying to convince himself that Misty's illness wasn't associated with the two kids' closeness, 'they can't possibly be…'

'They better not be doing what I think they're doing, and Misty better not be what I think she is!' Brock inwardly fumed in disapproval.  'I leave for a while and this is what happens?  Kenji is supposed to be the one in charge!'

Ridding herself of her blush, Misty asked, "What's wrong with you all?  Why are you all so quiet all of a sudden?"

"Misty, we want you to stay with us tonight," Daisy gestured towards Ash, "away from him for a while."

"What?  Why?"

Violet put a hand on Misty's shoulder.  "We totally know what's best for you," she assured her sympathetically.

"Why can't I be with Misty?"

Lily glared at Ash.  "You know why!"

"Huh?"

Daisy pointed to Ash accusingly.  "You're the reason Misty is so sick!"

"Please, say it's not true, Ash!"  Todd didn't want it to be true, it just couldn't be.  He refused to believe it, as it would confirm his worst fears.  "You always have Pokémon on the brain, and I didn't think that you of all people would know the route."

Still 100 percent confused, Ash retorted out another, "Huh?"

"PLEASE, say it’s not true. I couldn’t live knowing that you got---"

RP: This narrator, who has taken Misty’s place temporarily, cut Brock’s sentence off by whacking him with Misty’s Mallet.

Brock: Owwww!

"You two are just children!" Kenji argued.  "I can't believe you did this, Ash, but I also know that it 'takes two to tango,' so it's not your fault entirely."  He stared at Ash, as if studying him.  "Hmm, I thought that Ash would've been too young, wouldn't he?"

"Too young!  I'm going to be 14 soon!"

Everyone REALLY sweatdropped from that statement, although Ash was still just as clueless as ever.

Misty stood there and then her face turned red, as she looked over at Ash. She figured out what they were presuming about the two of them.
