He came out of his house silently and closed the main door very carefully. 
Then he shut his eyes and sighed. The restlessness is getting worse and 
worse, and therefore more and more unbearable...! He sat down on the ground 
with head in his hands. Then he started taking in deep breaths and breathing 
out very slowly. Two minutes passed like this, and he noticed that his 
restlessness fell significantly, though not completely. He stood up 
gradually, and came out of his residence premises in the southern outskirts 
of Viridian City.
