Chapter 6 The Buizeru

Morning had come to Pewter City. I awoke with the bright, golden sun in my face. 
Today I was going to go battle Brock of Pewter City's gym. It was my very first 
gym battle and I was nervous and excited at the same time. I got dressed and 
went downstairs and saw Nurse Joy. "Nurse Joy, are my pokemon all healed?"
"Yes. Here you go." She handed me my 6 pokeballs. "You must be going to face 
Brock today. Good luck. He uses rock type pokemon. Water and Grass are good 
against them. Electric and Fire and Steel types are no good against them. Normal 
are pretty weak against them as well. Theres a girl looking for a Caterpie at 
the edge of town. She will give you a Psyduck. Its a water type."
"Ok. Thank you." I walked out of the pokemon center and walked to the address 
Nurse Joy had given me. A boy about 9 years old was battling a wild Rattata with 
a Manafi, a cute blue pokemon that had just been discovered in the country of 
Baltivik. Manafi was a water type. I knocked on the door and a girl who was 
about 14 answered the door.
"Hello. I'm Sydney Ketchum. Nurse Joy told me that you had a Psyduck you wanted 
to trade for a Caterpie."
"Yes. I am Amy Reynolds. Please come in."
I followed her into the house. It was a pretty little house. She motioned me to 
sit down. I chose Caterpie to show her what my little Wormy looked like. She 
said, "Usually, I have my Psyduck in here but my brother is 9. Josh wanted to 
trin like he did at the trainer's school and so i lent him my Psyduck, Manafi 
and Bonsly. So the only pokemon I have right now with my is my Buizeru. Its a 
water type too. Would you like to trade for Buizeru instead?"
"It really dont matter. I just need a water type to battle Brock with."
"Well Buizeru listens better than a Psyduck. Psyduck gets confused really 
easily. I got him from Misty, Cerulean's gym leader. She warned me but I 
wouldn't listen."
"Ok well here is Caterpie. I call her Wormy."
"I don't have a nickname for Buizeru. She's just Buizeru to me." She handed me 
Buizeru's pokeball. I returned Wormy and handed the pokeball to her. Just as 
soon as I gave her the pokeball, the boy from the garden came in.
"Am-m-m-my. I-I-I-I'm-m s-s-so-o-o so-r-r-y. Yo-ou-ur pokemon fainted."
"Josh! Did you take them to the pokemon center?"
He slowly nodded his head.
"What am I gonna do with you? You need to-" Suddenly an idea came to her. "I 
know! Sydney, would you mind my brother coming with you and learning what it 
takes to be a pokemon trainer?"
"No. I'm going to train a little with Buizeru, but then I'm going to the gym."
I walked outside a nice meadow filled with pokemon was behind the house. he 
walked outside with me. "That meadow is the perfect place to train. Regularly, 
Buizeru trains up there. You can see what all she knows." I walked up to the 
meadow.
"GO, BUIZERU."
"Buizer."
"Buizeru the Sea Weasel Pokemon. Buizeru was recently discovered in Baltivik. 
Not much is known at the present time." I pushed the attacks button. "Attacks. 
1-Water Gun 2-Tackle 3-Quick Attack 4- Return."
"Buizeru, use Return on that Charmeleon!"
"Buizzzzzzzzzzzz."
"Char."
"Wow. That was great Buizeru. Woah, whats that?"
"Perappu the Music Note Pokemon. Perappu was just dicovered in Baltivik so not 
much is known at this time."
I felt to see if I had any empty pokeballs. I had 4. "Go Buizeru. Use Water 
Gun."
"Watch out Sydney, thats a Wing Attack." Josh screamed.
"Use Tackle!!!!!!"
"Peru."
"Go pokeball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!."
BEEP.BEEP.BEEP.BLEEP.BLOO.
"Alrighty, Buizeru. We caught a Perappu. Lets go heal and go to the gym. 
Return."
I walked back toward Pewter City to battle Brock with Josh following close 
behind.
