Summary: What if the Elite Four had succeeded at Cerise?

            “No.” Yellow gasped. “No…”

Lance’s laughter was wild, and it rippled through the ranks of his dragon pokémon as well, their eyes all the same mad gold as their Master’s. Lugia dipped his head in assent, as he flapped his wings, once, twice, waves of destruction spreading out through the land, destroying all in their path. The other Elite Four glanced upwards. Bruno stared blankly, not sure what to do or say. Agatha raised herself up, supporting her body on her staff, while Lorelei beamed in triumph, pushing herself to her feet. Their defeats mattered little. Their Leader had succeeded, and now the world was theirs to mould! And oh, they would build a brilliant new paradise for pokémon, and let other the trainers they deemed suitable survive…

There was a movement too swift for her eye to follow, and Yellow cried out in pain as Aerodactyl’s wings ripped long gashes through her torso. Lance raised a single eyebrow, but the gender of this upstart trainer mattered little. Pikachu struggled to his feet, balancing on Butterfree’s back, but it was too late. With one quick stroke, the dead was done, and then the body was falling, down into the lava, where the volcano greedily consumed it’s offering.

Lance smirked. “And now for you…” He hissed. “You’ve given me far too much trouble, little Pikachu. I’m afraid I’ll have to dispose of you.”

Ptera raised his bloody wings with a smirk, as Butterfree peered at Pikachu in worry. Lugia shook its body abruptly, sending all the pokemon swiftly speeding towards the ground. Lance only smirked, his dragons watching raptly, bobbing slightly on the wind-tide, as the cities crumbled into nothingness. It was finished.

The Dragon Master descended back to earth slowly, majestically, watching as Lugia flew off into the distance. No matter. The deed was done. Lorelei and Agatha met him at the entrance, standing proud and tall.

“Are any of the others still alive?” Lance asked.

Lorelei gestured towards several speeding blurs in the distance. It seemed that the trainers were escaping. But it was all right. They were small fry, none of his concern.

            They had won.

“What should we do?” Red asked.

Green frowned, glancing around the ruins of Pallet Town with a sinking feeling. “I do not think there is anything we can do.”

            “That…. That can’t be.”

“Your heroics won’t save the day this time, Red.” Green said stiffly. Blue was silent, still horrified. Her Ditto nudged her side, attempting to cheer her up, but the trainer seemed to be wholly incapable of movement or speech, eyes staring blankly ahead.

            No…

Lance was rather surprised when Lorelei informed him that there was an intruder. It had been two months since the transformation, and now, nature was slowly regaining her hold on the world, and the pokemon were repopulating. All was going well. The Dragon Master shrugged and went outside to see what it was.

Ah, it was Red… the Ninth Kanto League Champion, the one they had wanted to recruit. The Dragon Master smirked. “So, did you finally decide to accept my offer?”

“Your… offer?” Red blinked, confused.

“Remember?” Lance purred. “How we offered to let you join the Elite Four?”

Red frowned. “I… oh.” He looked down. Why had he come here anyway? There was no way he could defeat Lance, but…. “I… I wanted to make a deal.”

“A deal?” Lance arched an eyebrow.

“Yes.” Red nodded. “I… I’ll do anything you want. Just… just don’t kill my Mom! Or Blue… or even Green…”

So that was it. Lance frowned. He had heard about a few humans surviving, but not enough to be a problem, so he had not bothered hunting them down.

Blue and Green did not have Viridian’s Power. He doubted they would be trouble. A slow smirk spread across his face, as he stalked closer.

“And what will you give me?”

Red gulped. Lance was … frightening. “Anything.” He said, even though he hoped Lance wouldn’t take his pokemon.

“Anything?” Lance repeated.

Red nodded, setting his jaw. He was sure that he could take whatever the dragon trainer threw at him.

Lance chuckled, shaking his head. “You’re too innocent.” But it would be fun to take that innocence, and break it, and claim the Champion…

“Follow me.”

Red obeyed, watching as Lance walked inside. He had to blink twice after that. The cave had been transformed, or at least this part of it. There was a small kitchenette and a living room, and… he almost ran into the older teen as he stopped abruptly. The area they were now in looked like… a bedroom?

“On the bed.”

Red was feeling rather confused by this point, but he obediently sat on the comforter, wondering what it was made of. It was pretty soft. That was when Lance pushed him down and kissed him.

Ruby eyes widened in shock, but Lance was a lot stronger than he was and held him down. Somewhere during that pause, Red decided that it actually felt kind of good. But why was Lance kissing him?

“You are innocent.” Lance said, almost as an aside, before he shook his head. “Pity I’m not patient.”

“Huh?”

Lance did not say anything, and Red gulped as his clothing began flying every which way. Lance finally stopped when the boy was wearing only his boxers with little Poliwags on them.

“I’m going to take you now, Champion…” Lance crooned. “It will hurt at the beginning, but then it will feel good, all right?”

Red just nodded, slightly dazed at the strange turn things were taking. He was barely aware of Lance spreading his legs, and Lance was right, it did hurt, when the Dragon Master began to push into him, but then it started to feel really, really good, and by the end of it, he was bucking against Lance as wave after wave of pleasure washed over him.

By the time he caught his breath, Lance had tucked himself away, and Red was panting, feeling Lance’s seed trickling out of his body while his front glistened wetly with his cum. Lance just smirked at him, before leaving the room.

Red buried his face in his hands, and realized that perhaps he had made a very bad decision.

Merciful Mew, I am so exhausted…! *Cries* Stupid 12-chapter chemistry final… and no, this prompt isn’t romance, unless you somehow interpret it as such!
