After the Prince kissed her awake and they walked out of the castle, the first thing she saw were tangled creepers, heavy with briars and sweet-scented roses. They were beautiful roses, dappled with dew, and she almost – almost reached for one before she noticed the thorns. The Prince looked kind enough, with dark hair crimson and brilliant golden eyes, and he smiled.

“Does the sight please you, Princess?”

She smiled at him. “Yes, Lance. It does.”

“I have yet to learn your name, fair beauty.”

“My name? Ashline.” She colored as he took her hand and kissed it formally.

“Than may I have the honor of courting you, fair one?”

She nodded mutely, watching as he carefully plucked a rose – his fingers were gloved, and so the thorns did not prick him – and slid it into her dark hair.

She thought she was falling in love already.

I guess I don’t like the 100_pokemon themes list much, because I’ve already DONE most of the themes on other communities. *Sigh* So they just look old and stale *nodnod* But I will try to finish it someday.
