He’s important, the Chosen One, the one who saved the world. She knows this, but she still wishes that he would remember her. He probably doesn’t. He meets new faces every day, and she’s just one girl, one raindrop in his ocean of experiences.

It makes her sad.

Does Ash have a girlfriend now? Or have he and Misty hooked up? Did he achieve his dream and become a Pokemon Master?

She hopes so.

Melody sighs, as she sits by the beach, feeling the waves lap at her feet. She knows that it was a life and death situation when Lugia was summoned, but somehow…

She still wishes she and Ash had more time together.

Maybe, then, she could win his heart.

And she’d be more than one teardrop after another, waiting for him.
