“Red? Red, wake up!”

Red blinked his eyes open fuzzily. “Y-Yellow?” He asked. He knew the second the words left his lips that it was wrong. The girl looked a lot like Yellow, that was true, but she had longer hair and a chest. His eyes shot open as she hugged him.

“Oh Red, I’m so glad that you’re all right!”

Red blushed. “Um… excuse me, but… who are you?”

“Red, it’s me, Yellow! What’s wrong?”

“That can’t be.” Red frowned. “Yellow is a boy. Are you his sister?”

Yellow turned, and began to converse in hushed tones with another person nearby. Red craned his neck, relaxing when he recognized Green.

He’d been in another training accident, hadn’t he?

Green asked him a lot of questions, some of which were strange, but after he was done, began talking to the Yellow-look-alike. Was she his girlfriend? It seemed so… especially after she kissed Green on the cheek.

Red felt like he was missing something, but shrugged it off and stood, releasing Aeroy. It was only after he left that Green and Yellow broke apart.

“Are you going to tell him?” Green asked.

Yellow shook her head. “It’s better for him not to remember. He’ll never miss that misbegotten love, anyways. Besides, now that Lance is dead, it doesn’t matter.”

Green nodded, but still felt slightly uneasy about the magnitude of the secret they were hiding from Red.
