Red sank into hot water with a tired sigh. He watched as his lover materialized, resting his elbows on the porcelain walls of the tub.

“I was wondering when you would return.” Lance stated. “It was quite cold here.”

“Were you lonely without me?” Red teased.

“You have no idea…” The Dragon Master purred, as they watched the soap bubbles rise from steaming water. “Why did you have to escort Yellow? You know I hate her – she’s such a …”

Red kissed him to make him shut up, pinning him down beneath the waves, despite his shorter stature. “I’m here with you now, aren’t I?”

“… Point taken.” Lance gasped for air as the kiss broke. Red smiled, tracing the gleaming black scales that trailed down from his slim waist.

“Let me… make it up to you.”

The waves churned for quite a long time afterwards.
