Red was quite tired of driving in circles. It was… irritating, to say the least. The secret agent adjusted her sunglasses as she waited for her partner to show up.

Lance appeared a moment later, smirking. He spun his sunglasses around idly, before suddenly, an explosion sounded behind them.

“Let’s go.”

“I was getting bored.” Red remarked, as their car sped off. Moments later, they heard the whir of sirens behind them. Lance sighed exaggeratedly, speaking into the hidden microphone at his lapel. “Ne, Hakuryuu… mind lancing em?”

Screams sounded as the skies lit up with lightning bolts.

“You’re too good at that. There’s nothing for me left to do.” Red pouted.

Lance raked his eyes over her form casually. “Are you certain?”

And she kissed him as they pulled into their apartment.
