were chirping in the greenery outside.
“Rise and shine, sleepyhead.” She said, shaking the boy awake.
Ash blinked his brown eyes open. “Oh.” The events of the night before began to filter in, as he flushed. She looked adorable in her pale blue flight suit.
“I hope you like waffles.”
“Love waffles.” Ash slipped out of bed and went to take a quick shower. Then, he and Winona had fresh waffles with honey and blueberries.
Too soon, he had to leave and find Brock, Max and May again.
“See you
again soon,”
Ash nodded, waving goodbye. He hoped that he would see her again soon too!
