'Thoughts' >Telepathy< Day ?? (continued) "Move aside," the dog-eared guy repeated. "Why should I?" I stood my ground. "What do you want?" Rachel asked, flanking me and started to morph, brown fur sprouting all over her body. Dog-man tightened his grip on his sword as Rachel finished morphing grizzly bear. Rachel reared up on her hind legs, but Raven was quicker to actually act. "Azerath Metrion ZINTHOS!" she said. Black energy surrounded the sword, and the blade was wrenched from Dog- man's grip. It flew through the air and landed about three yards away with the blade in the ground. To my amazement, the sword changed. It took on a more "classic" appearance. 'Good, he's been disarmed.' I thought. "Hand it over, NOW!" "Hand what over?" I replied. "Don't play dumb." At that point, something crossed my mind. I took the strange pink fragment back from Ax. "Is dis what ya want?" I asked. Dog-man made a desperate grab for it, but he wasn't fast enough. "I think dat's a 'yes.'" "Iron Reaver Soul Stealer!" He shouted, swiping his claws, seemingly at nothing. "Azerath Metrion ZINTHOS!" A black bubble surrounded us, blocking the attack. "Whadoya want?" I asked. A girl, about fifteen, stepped forward. She was wearing a white shirt and a green miniskirt. Then, I noticed her companions. A woman wearing a pink and red kimono with an oversized boomerang strapped to her back. A man wearing a purple "toga" over a black robe. He had a piece of purple cloth on his right hand and forearm as well as a string of beads. What looked like a cross between a small boy and a fox and a black and white kitten with two tails. Then, Dog-guy, his sword retrieved, moved in for another attack. "Inuyasha, SIT!" the girl shouted. A necklace the dog-guy, obviously Inuyasha, glowed. Then he crashed to the ground, leaving a perfect crater shaped like himself. "What was that for, Kagome?!" he said, annoyed. "They have a jewel shard." "But it hasn't been used. Besides, they're not even from this era." Kagome answered as if this settled the matter. 'How does she know when we're from?' To be continued...
