Chapter 4:1st gym part 1


As Gavin, Kristy and I walked into town, we noticed a festival going on. We 
saw a man walk up to us and say "Hello! Welcome to Onyxrock City. What are 
your names?". We all said our names and the man replied "Nice to meet you! 
Welcome to our Eevee festival." As soon as that was said moved throught the 
fair to see what we could find. We found a booth giving free Eevees, So 
Kristy and I grabbed an Eevee for the each of us. We went to the pokemon 
center to heal our pokemon. I checked my pokemon's levels. Charmander was 
level 15, Riolu was 12, and the Eevee was level 10. I also checked Gavin's 
and Kristy's team. Gavin's was Turtwig level 17, Poochyena level 11, and 
Bagon level 11. Krity's's team was Skitty level 13, Eevee level 10, and 
Beautifly level 10. As soon as we were done healing our pokemon we went to 
the gym. As soon as we entered the gym we heard someone speak. "Welcome to 
the gym....Please step forward." Not knowing what to do I stepped forward. 
Then I saw a tall muscular man step forward. "Hello my name is Jack, I am the 
cousin to Roark and I use ground type pokemon. Please choose your pokemon". 
Hesitantly, I threw Riolu's pokeball. The blue dog like creature came out 
ready to fight. On the way to the city I taught Riolu how to fight in a 
pokemon battle. When Jack threw his pokeball out came a rock like pokemon 
with arms. "Geodude use rock throw!". The Geodude obeyed and threw huge rocks 
ar riolu. Riolu luckily dodged with a sidestep. "Riolu use force palm!". 
Riolu's hand started glowing a faint blue,then he hit Geodude with the same 
hand. After the hard blow Geodude fainted. Jack grabbed another pokeball and 
threw it. A huge rock like snake came out. "Onyx, attack!"
