                                          ****Jade Hearts****

         100 years later,

                                    The light colored green grasses blew 
silently as the soft breeze was carried by the wind.  The cool breeze felt good 
to the young girl who had fallen into a deep sleep while lying up against a 
gaint maple tree. Slowly, the girl's eyes opened. She let out a sleepy yawn and 
then got up. The girl lived in a rather sleepy town. Not much went on there and 
it was pretty boring so the girl was tired alot.

	All of a sudden, something in the girl's mind "clicked" as she remembered 
what she had came out here for in the first place. "Oh, no! The Pokemon!" Panic 
spread through the girl like fire in a meadow. She had been keeping an eye on 
Prof. Aspen's Pokemon until he came back to his lab and now, the Pokemon were 
missing!

	If you can't even watch 3 starter Pokemon, then what makes you think that 
you can raise one? The girl questioned herself on something that she couldn't 
even answer. "Hey! Sissy!" The girl turned around. Her jaw dropped and her hands 
tightend into fists. A boy with messy brown hair and a white T-shirt came 
running towards his older sister and the 2 ran right into each other. "Arghhhh! 
Tommy, watch it you big idoit!" "Sorry Ashley. I didn't mean to ruin your little 
job but you should pay more attention."  Tommy snickered. Ashley just gave Tommy 
a hard shove and he fell off of her. Mad, Ashley stormed over towards 3 little 
figures that were sticking up over the horizon. As Ashley walked down the hill 
to where the figures played, Tommy ran to catch up with her.

	"Hey, I'm really sorry about what I did." Ashley paid no attention and she 
kept walking along down the hill. Tommy sighed and ran a hand through his messy 
brown hair. "But you know I'm right, don't cha Sissy?" Ashley just ignored Tommy 
and kept on walking. "Ashley! Watch out!" "Huh?" Ashley looked around but she 
didn't see any danger. Next thing Ashley knew, she was face first in the mud. 
Ashley looked up but couldn't see. She wiped her face off with her selve and 
gave Tommy, who was now laughing at his sister, a dirty look. Ashley leapt on to 
her feet and charged madly at Tommy. Right on target.

	
	Tommy opened his eyes and saw that Ashley was on top of him, giving a sly 
smile. Tommy snarled and pushed Ashley aside as he raced towards Prof. Aspen's 
house. What has gotten into him? Ashley asked herself. Suddenly she remembered 
the starter Pokemon. Ashley quickly got up and took out 3 balls that were 
dangling off of her belt. She returned the Pokemon back into the 3 little white 
and red balls and then took off towards Prof. Aspen's house.


*Mean while at Team Underground's HQ*


	
	In a dark and tiny little room, sat a man in a chair. The man appeared to 
be in either his 30's or his 40's. He had sleek brown hair and strange black 
eyes. He wasn't the type of man to be token lightly either. He would come down 
on you with a hammer if something bad happened just so he could show you who was 
boss. He was truly a man that was hard to please and because of all this, he 
always got what he had wanted. If he didn't, then the side effects would be 
severe. 


	 A loud creak was heard as the big doors to the man's office opened. A 
worthless grunt walked over to the desk. " What do you want?" The man asked, 
anouyed. "Sir, we have some news about the Jade Heart." The grunt told him 
clamly. "And?" "And we also have some news about the girl as well." Amused, the 
man spun his chair around to face the grunt. " What about her?"  The grunt 
sighed but his face didn't change at all as he told his boss "Well sir, the 
girl's name was Kinko Brimming and her mother used to work here at ranks as high 
as a Woreen." Pokemon ranks were important in the Team Underground's HQ because 
it showed how tough you are. If you were a Woreen, then your rank was pretty 
high. 

	"Is that all you have to tell me?" The man spun around in his chair so 
that he faced the wall. Since the boss was facing the wall, he couldn't really 
see the look of fear in the grunt's eyes. "Um, Veriden sir?" The man named 
Veriden  said in a cold and harsh voice "What!" The grunt jumped. "Uh, well you 
see we got a problem." Veriden turned around and as he faced the grunt, you 
could tell that this time it was going to be cold blooded murder that awaited 
somebody's fate. "What is it!" Veriden's voice boomed throughout the room.
	
	"Well Veriden, sir, the Jade Heart is with Kinko's great great great great 
granddaughter." Veriden blinked. "So? The kid's not dead is she?" The grunt 
coughed. "The kid lives in Dayvile Village and she's the daughter of the famous 
chairman named David Brimming. You know, the one who invented that company that 
makes trainer's stuff like pokeballs and antidotes?" Veriden didn't seemed fazed 
at all. "So?" He asked clamly. "Well, the girl's name is Ashley and she's pretty 
uh, let's see how can I say this....um,....locked up tight."  Veriden cocked his 
head from one side to the other in confusion. 

	"Locked up?" The grunt scratched his head. "Yeah. Well ya see sir, Mr. 
Brimming is loaded with lot's of cash and everything and so he has a tight 
sccurity system guarding his home." Veriden just gave a sly smile as he said 
"Look, I know a girl by the name of Sonya Weathers. Call her at 257-78945 for me 
and tell her that Veriden has something special for her."
