From Part 2:
"You'll have to get another guidebook." "Why is that?" Max asked. Nurse Joy 
smiled. "Because
that one is three years out of date." She picked up a newer version and gave 
it to Brock. "Thanks
for scaring us like that!" May cried. "Yes, but imagine my surprise when 
your stuffed Pikachu
came to life and your backpacks started moving on their own. Then your 
Pikachu unzipped bags
and revealed four more Pokemon!"

                                                Part 3:
   Forretress looked at the others. "Did you see the look on her face?" "I 
hope they aren't
going to be in trouble." Skye said. "Why would they be? She was almost 
smiling when she left the
room." Cody announced. "I'm going to see if Ash is alright." Scotty 
announced and then left the
room. "Be careful!" Torchic called. Scotty smiled and left. "Why hasn't 
Brock named us yet?"
Lotad asked. "Give him time. He'll think of one." Forretress answered. Tommy 
looked at them.
"Scotty once told me that the humans have a name for everything. Brock might 
have a hard time
coming up with one for you. Even Ash couldn't decide who got what name." At 
that moment A
huge crash of thunder was heard and the lights went out. "What was that?!" 
Taillow asked at the
same time Scotty, who was down the hall, yelled out Ash's name. "Just a 
storm." Forretress said.
"It's dark in here." Lotad replied. "We might as well leave the room and get 
back to the others."
Treecko said. "Follow me." "I can't see you." Torchic called out. They edged 
out of the room
slowly to follow Tommy. There was a thump and an "Ow." Apparently Tommy ran 
into the wall.
"Tommy is that you?" Ash called out. "Who else?" Tommy replied. "Is the 
others with you?"
Ash asked.  "I think so." Treecko said. "We're here." Lotad announced 
happily.  As they got
closer Forretress could hear the others. "It's so dark I can't see 
anything." Brock grumbled. "The
power should be back on in a few minutes." Nurse Joy said hopefully. "Aren't 
there other
Pokemon here?" Max asked. "No, there haven't been any emergencies all week." 
"Tommy, follow
the sound of my voice. We'll do a Marco Polo way of finding each other. I'll 
say Marco and you
reply with 'Polo', or however you would say it. Have everyone form a line 
and hold hands or
some way of keeping in touch with the person in front of them. Got that?" 
"Yes Ash!" "Okay,
Marco!" "Polo!" "Marco!" "Polo!" "Marco!" "Polo!" "This is fun." Corphish 
said sarcastically.
"Patience." Forretress reminded him. When they finally reached Brock and the 
others eleven
figures ran in through the door. "Oh, look. Power's out." One of them said 
breathlessly. From the
sound of the person's voice it was female. At that moment the lights came 
back on.

Ash blinked in the sudden light and looked at the newcomers. One was a tall 
brown haired girl who looked about Ash's age or older. Next to her was a man 
about the same height and age who had red hair and freckles. To the girl's 
left was another girl who had red hair, was short and wore small glasses. 
Behind the man was a boy around Ash's age. He had bluish hair. Next to him 
was a woman about Nurse Joy's age. She had greenish hair. Around them were 
six Pokemon: A
Treecko was in the brown haired girl's arms, she also had a Jolteon standing 
next to her. There
was also a Poochyena, a Poliwrath, a Pikachu wearing a small, pink hat, and 
an Eevee. They were
also soaking wet. The one holding an ill looking Treekco turned to Nurse 
Joy. "Nurse Joy! My
Oliver is very ill. It came on suddenly." Nurse Joy took the Treecko. "You 
named your Pokemon
too? You guys have something in common." She said as she walked away. The 
brown haired girl
looked at Ash and his friends and smiled. "Oh, hello there. My name is 
Courtney." She turned to
the man next to her. "This is Mike." She gestured to the red haired girl. 
"This is Marilyn, her
brother Riley and her mother Polly. Mike is her father." She then gestured 
to the Pokemon. "This
is Cyan, my Jolteon, Violet is my Eevee, Zeus is Mike's Poochyena, Azure is 
my Pikachu and Almond
is Riley's Poliwrath." She paused for a second. "Oh that's right. She 
reached in her bag and took
out several more Pokeballs and released the contents. Out came a Pichu, 
Raichu, Electrode,
Chinchou and a Electrike. "This is Ivory, Magenta, Indigo, Coral and 
Chartreuse." Mike released an
Umbreon, Seedot, Nuzleaf, Cacturne and Sneazel. "I also have a Houndour, 
Mightyena and an
Absol. But they prefer their Pokeballs." He explained. Marilyn released two 
other pokemon. "This
is Amber and Piper. A Bagon and Altaria. I also have a Dratini, Dragonair, 
Dragonite,
Salamence, Kingdra, Flygon and Vibrava."  Riley released two Pokemon as 
well. 'This is Pecha
and Macadamia. A Meditite and Machop." Polly released three other Pokemon. 
"This is Victoria,
Caramel and Lilian. These are my smaller ones." Victoria was a Charmander, 
Caramel was a
Cyndaquil and Lilian was a Torchic. Ash then introduced himself and the 
others. "I'm Ash, this is
Brock, Max and May. My Pokemon are Scotty, Skye, Tommy and Cody." "Who is 
who?" Mike asked.
"Scotty is the Pikachu, Skye is the Taillow, Tommy is the Treecko and Cody 
is a Corphish."
Marilyn gave as a funny look. "Why is Cody wearing a backpack." "That would 
be a long story."
Brock said. Courtney smirked. "Let me guess, you had an out of date 
guidebook?" "That would
be the story." Max said. Polly turned to Brock and May. "Who are your 
Pokemon?" "This is
Forretress and Lotad. I'm still thinking of their names." "I'm still 
thinking of my Wurmple's name
but I think I have one for Torchic." May said slowly. "What is it?" Ash 
asked. "Emma?" "That's
nice for a Torchic. But what about when it becomes a Blaziken?" Riley 
wondered. "It's still going
to be Emma." May countered. Suddenly her face brightened and she picked up 
Wurmple. "I know
what I'm gonna name you. Your name is Bethany!" "Wurmple! Wurmple!"

   Skye watched Ash talk with the girl named Courtney. They were talking 
about someone
named Scotty who should be here in a few minutes. Cody looked at Skye. 
"Courtney said 'HE
should be here in a few minutes.' I thought Scotty was a female name." Skye 
frowned. "I guess
Ash thought we were all male. The paper that nobody chose had the name of 
Gus. I guess he
didn't know that Scotty and I are female" They talked a bit until Lotad came 
up. "Why hasn't
Brock named me yet?" "It takes time to think of the right name." Skye 
assured him. "Ash was just
lucky that he could think of one before the others." Scotty jumped down from 
Ash's shoulder.
She looked a little confused. "Are you guys hungry too? If so I can probably 
convince Ash to go
and get something to eat." Skye looked at Ash and Courtney. The other humans 
and their
Pokemon were going to another part of the Pokemon Center. Most likely to get 
something to eat.
Treecko edged over to their group. "I think I know Courtney form somewhere 
but I don't know
where."

   "Are you headed over to the gym?" Ash asked as he noticed Nurse Joy come 
up to them. Courtney shook her head. "No, I'm headed for the theater. We're 
the Pokemon Actor's Troupe. We're putting on a western/fantasy play." "Well, 
I'm afraid your Treecko won't be able to attend."
Courtney turned around surprised. "But Oliver is one of the main 
characters!" "He'll be alright in a
in about a week." Courtney gasped. "But opening night is in three days! How 
sick is he?" "Very,
Has he eaten anything out of the ordinary?" "Well, on our way here we passed 
a couple of wild
mushrooms. Were they poisonous?!" "I'm afraid they were. But they aren't 
fatal, it just makes
whoever eat them very, very sick." Courtney nodded. "I understand. When can 
I see him?" "In
about an hour. I find you when he's ready for visitors." At that Nurse Joy 
turned and walked
away. Ash glanced at May who was across the room with Mike's Poochyena. Max 
was with Caramel,
the Cyndaquil and Brock was talking to some of the Pokemon who were crowded 
around him. Ash turned back to Courtney. "I'm sorry about Oliver and the 
play." Courtney looked down. "We'll just have to move everyone around 
somehow and-" She stopped and looked surprised. She stooped down and looked 
at Tommy. "Mr. Butterscotch is that you?"

   Courtney grinned. "I pretended to get mad. I shook my fist and yelled 
'Don't make me come up there!' He looked down, spat another twig at me, 
shook HIS fist and yelled 'Treecko Treecko tree tree!'....Courtney sat down 
with Ash, his Pikachu and Tommy. She looked at the menu and then over to Ash 
and his pokemon and quickly hid a smile. Poor Tommy could barely see over 
the table!  She quickly dug in her large bag and inflated a small chair made 
especially made for small Pokemon.
