Part Three: What about Abortion?


Butch knew that Cassidy was six months pregnant but abortion could still be done 
to her. "Cass I don't want the child" Butch said one morning. "Why?" Cassidy 
asked. "I'm not ready for a child" Butch replied. "Well, we can't do anything 
now" Cassidy said. "What about abortion?" Butch asked. "No! I want this child!" 
Cassidy plead. "Why?" Butch asked. "One I want a family life like Jessie and 
James have and two I want to be a mother" Cassidy replied. So Butch gave up on 
the idea because Cassidy wanted the child.

Cassidy was acting very motherly. Butch loved seeing her rock a toy doll. Butch 
however was worried that the child wouldn't like him. Cassidy noticed this and 
quickly dismissed it from Butch's mind by telling him what a great father he 
would make. Butch was glad to hear this and knew his child would love him.

He was so happy until his mother called. "Hi Mom" Butch said. "Hi honey where 
are you?" she asked. "I'm with Cassidy at her house" Butch replied. "Why are you 
living there?" his Mom asked. "So I can take care of Cassidy" Butch replied. 
"Why do you need to take care of her?" she asked. "Because Mom I got her 
pregnant" Butch replied. Butch's mother was stunned and very angry with her son. 
Butch hated having his mother mad at him.

Once again when Cassidy was eight months pregnant Butch decided to ask about 
abortion. "Cass are you sure you want to raise a kid?" Butch asked. "Yes" 
Cassidy replied. "What about abortion? It would make our lives whole again" 
Butch asked. "No! I refuse to kill my child!" Cassidy yelled. So once again 
Butch gave up on the idea but he decided he would marry Cassidy. So he proposed 
and they were married later that month. Butch was so excited about having a 
honeymoon but then he remembered Cassidy was pregnant. Butch slowly drifted to 
sleep that night thinking about the kid. Then he asked Cassidy what about Team 
Rocket and she said the kid wouldn't be allowed to join.
