disclaimer:I do not own pokemon!Pokemon is owned by Nintendo and Game Freak If I owned pokemon, I would be filthy stinkin rich and have my own computer. I use my aunt's laptop. Author's Note: Pokemon speak to each other in this chapter. What they're saying is in {} ***************** .......those glowing red eyes locked into theirs. Raikou tried to run, but The Black Ninetales' eyes held both of them frozen in place. Entei whimpered as The Black Ninetales spoke, her cold voice piercing the air. "You have made a foolish mistake young ones. You...in fact ALL the legendaries will forevermore walk the lands as the humans untill You-" She glared at Raikou,"-realize your mistake!" Entei cowered, knowing that apoligizing would not work this time. That is the last time I listen to my "brother", Entei thought, as his eyes started to water up. Then the brothers felt overwhelming pain course through-out their bodies. This is the end... thought Entei... ******************************************************************* "Brock! Brock wake up!" Brock bolted up from his sleep. He focused his squinty eyes on the people who woke him up. There was Ash, his jet black hair was extremly untidy, indicating that he just awoke, blinking as he rubbed the sleep out of his chestnut brown eyes; May, her long light brown hair down as she didn't wear her red bandanna to bed, her deep blue eyes showing concern; and then there was Max, shaggy indigo hair and sapphire blue eyes magnified by his large glasses. Brock pushed his dark brown hair from his forehead, discovering that he was sweating profusely. "I'm all right guys. I'm fine." Brock shakily said. "Are you sure? You were screaming." Ash mumbled sleepily. "BONSLY!" Bonsly had waken up and was now crying his eyes out. "Alright, alright I hear ya. Lemme get....shoot!" Brock was mumbling to himself as he rummaged through his backpack. My head is killing me. I can barely see straight. Where is that milk?!, Brock thought angrily. As Brock rumaged through his pack, Ash had a thoughtful look on his face. "Hey guys. I had a really weird dream last night." Brock found his gas stove and lit it up. "Really? What was it about?" Brock asked. Probally better than my "dream" he thought. "Well, it's kinda blurry, but I was swimming in a river. I was underwater and I was breathing too. The river was underwater also. Then all of a sudden, my head felt like it was exploding. It hurt soooo bad. Then Brock started screaming and I woke up." He looked at Brock, who was rubbing his forehead. "It reminded me of the time when we were at the Orange Islands and I helped Lugia." Brock stiffened as a thought crossed his mind. Could Ash be...? No. If he was a Legendary I would have sensed it. Legendaries can sense each other no matter what. Brock sighed. Although he wasn't at the Orange Islands when Ash was declared "The Chosen One", Ash and Misty had told him everything. Brock flipped the pancakes he was making. "Breakfast is ready. Let's send out our Pokemon so they can eat." Pikachu immediatly woke up at the mention of food. The electric mouse yawned and streched, its muscles rippling under its bright yellow fur. Pikachu looked at Brock, sensing something different about him. He seemed to be emitting much more body heat than usual. It was either that, or Pikachu was still half-asleep. He decided to ask the other Pokemon about it. "Alright! Come on out everybody!" May said happily and released her Pokemon. The others (with the eception of Max) followed suit. Soon, 15 Pokemon were in groups eating their morning meal of Brock's Poke'chow. {Does anybody else notice anything...well... strange about Brock?} Pikachu asked. The brown fox-like Eevee glanced at Brock, who was heating up milk for Bonsly. {He seems more hotter. Is he sick?} Eevee asked. Combusken looked at Brock. {His body heat has risen to a dangerous level. It's strange.} The young fowl scratched under her beak with one of her three crimson claws. Pikachu stared at Combusken. {What's strange?} {Well, let's just say that his temperature right now is about 10 degrees hotter than my Fire Spin attack.} By now all of the Pokemon were listening. Marshtomp looked worryed, his normally happy blue face frowning and brown eyes full of concern. {But that's...} {Yes that's well over 200 degrees Farenheight.} Combusken nodded.{There's something weird about him. I don't know why I didn't see it before.} Marshtomp looked at his friend, who was now packing up the breakfast dishes. {...Brock...What's wrong?...} Marshtomp thought as he was recalled back into his Pokeball.
