***AUTHORESS NOTES*** Yes, I will admit. I cried a little river writing the last chapter, 27B mainly. Especially the scene with Jenn and Nathan. No, things are not going to get all dull now. They're actually going to heat up!! Just something to say for all the clueless little readers I have- Josh IS a Team Magma member. He and Taylor staged the attack from when Jenn and Nathan met Josh and he strung her along. All he did was basically cause problems. He WILL NOT be in here as a normal character anymore, but will occasionally as a T.M. member. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter 28: Dreaming of the Mountain I was still shaky the next day. "Why don't we start going to Mossdeep?" Zach asked me. I shook my head. "Think of all the little underwater groves. They could be hiding out there with their submarine." I was fearful, for my life and Nathan's. They would be majorly pissed if they knew that we had escaped. "Jenn, you need to get over your fear of water somehow," pleaded Vicky. "I know! We should go visit Mount Pyre!" excaimed Sam, who loved to say anything that made him sound smart. "What would be the point in that?" I asked cynically. "To get you over your fear of water somehow, and just to chill and have fun," explained Sam and it actually sounded reasonable to me. "Fine, let's go. Are you up for it, Nathan?" I was always extremely worried about him now. I had come so close to losing him and I never wanted anything like that to happen again. "Yeah, sure. A mountain of death. Great fun," Nathan said sarcastically. "Then you're not going to go?" "I never said that. Of course I'm going to go!" he exclaimed. So we sailed over there, me being very paranoid. I seriously thought Maxie would jump out of the water and kill us all. We hung out on the inside for a little bit but it was really depressing me and Vicky so we went outside. "We should climb it," Nathan said with a wicked grin. "Yeah, we should," Zach agreed. "I heard the red and blue orbs are at the op. I'd really like to see them," Vicky said thoughtfully. "What orbs?" I asked in my normal and confused voice. "Well, legend has it that a long time ago, there were two Pokemon who were fighting called Kyogre and Groudon. Kyogre is a water Pokemon, Groudon is a ground one. They had a lot of battles and it was the red and blue orbs that stopped the battling and sent them to sleep," Sam explained. "If one of the orbs was stolen, would it be able to awaken the Pokemon?" I asked in a fascinated tone, and I was actually really interested. "Probably. But it's not very likely that it will happen because both orbs have to be together for complete control," Vicky said. By then, we had actually gotten pretty high up on the mountain and it was very foggy. I was losing clear vision of my friends. And then, of course, I saw the last thing in the world that I wanted to see. Team Magma. I jumped over to a patch of grass and hid behind a tombstone, hoping they hadn't seen me. I had completely lost my friends by then, but I didn't much care. The only thing I cared about was not wanting to be found and killed. Someone pressed a washcloth up to my nose and mouth. There was a smell that was overpowering me and the last thing I remembered was hitting the ground at somebody's feet. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ sorry that was so short! the next one will hopefully be longer.
