Disclaimer: I do not own Pokémon.  I only own the character Jasmyna and her pokémon.  Pokémon is property of Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, 4Kids, etc.  Please do not borrow my characters without my permission, or I will hunt you down and destroy you!  (LOL…j/k)

Author’s Note: I got the idea for this story from one of the stories I read a while back at FanFiction.net.  Although I can’t remember the title, it was a very good story, and I decided to write my own story, and include a new character (not seen in the series), from a certain Rocket’s past.  Hope you enjoy this!

            Chapter 1: She’s Back

Once again, our heroes are on their way to the next town, and, as usual, our villains are in hot pursuit…or not.

“We’ve lost those stupid twerps again!” Jessie yelled, sounding very frustrated.  “How many times is this going to happen?!”

“Well, dis time, it ain’t my fault!” Meowth yelled back.  “I wasn’t the one that decided to cut through the woods!”

Jessie glared at the cat.  “Are you saying that it’s my fault we can’t catch up to that brat, you little furball?” she shouted.

Meowth shot her a look.  “Well, duh!” he retorted.  He realized that that was a mistake when Jessie grabbed him by his tail and started beating up on him.  He responded to her attack with a vicious onslaught of Fury Swipes.  Soon, the two were engaged in a furious fight.

While Jessie and Meowth proceeded to beat the living daylights out of one another, James had his attention focused elsewhere.  He sighed as he watched his two partners continue to pound each other ten ways to Sunday.  ‘Same thing every day,’ he thought.  ‘One of these days, those two are going to wind up killing each other.’  His attention was brought to the path as he heard the sound of leaves rustling.  Curious, he picked up his binoculars and peeked out of the brush.  As soon as he spotted what had caused the noise, he froze.  He watched silently as a teenage girl made her way down the long dirt path.  She had long, blonde hair, tied up into a loose ponytail, crystal blue eyes, and pale skin.  From what he could see, she was wearing a hooded blue jacket over a lime green t-shirt, dark blue jeans, and brown boots.  The thing that had caught his eye, however, was the pokémon trotting alongside the girl: a Flareon.  He quickly ducked back into the bushes, and whispered quietly, “She’s back.”
