Part 2: I know it's my Destiny

"...Ash... are you okay?"

Ash found himself speechless, as if he had just asked the question himself. 
Suddenly he noticed why team rocket were laughing at him so much. HE WAS 
STILL WEARING HIS PAJAMAS. And worst of all, he wasn't wearing his lucky hat!

"I'll be right back!" said ash, and he went back to camp to get dressed.

"Ash! Come back here! We’re still tied to the tree!" cried Misty, but Ash had 
already left.

When Ash got back about 20 minutes later, Misty was fuming.

"ASHYOU'VEGOTTWOSECONDSTOUNTIEMEORIWILLWHACKYOUONTHEHEADREALLYHARD!" She 
screamed. As much as ash hated to let her arms free, he had to untie her. 
Brock, on the other hand was Missing.

"Where's Brock?" asked Ash, more dreading the answer than craving it.

"While you were gone, he got out, but he left me tied to the tree!"

"I wonder why he..." Ash started, but was interrupted when misty shushed him 
and signaled him to listen.

Ash could hear a faint noise, but it was hard to hear it, but it seemed to be 
coming from behind the Bush that Team Rocket had emerged from about 25 
minutes ago. Ash peered through the branches of the bush, and one second 
later regretted it.

Right in front of him, Ash saw Brock, who was completely ignoring him while 
looking at something that ash couldn't see. Once ash moved, he saw it was a 
young girl that was probably about 20 or 21. She was wearing a yellow tee-
shirt and brown pants and had flowing blonde hair. Then ash noticed some 
cartoony hearts above Brock's Head.

*sweat drop*

He looked at misty to see if she had any bright ideas, but she looked too 
frustrated to be helpful. He could only stare at them, wondering what would 
happen.

The new girl seemed to be walking towards Brock, and once she was in front of 
him, ash then noticed that she was being followed by Pikachu and was carrying 
three belts with poke balls on them.

"Hey, are these yours?" asked the girl in a high, cheerful voice, all the 
while smiling.

Brock took one of the belts then took and a step forward so they were only an 
inch apart and said "why, yes they are. And how would such a lovely lady such 
as yourself come to find all of my beloved pokemon?"

She took a step back from Brock nervously, obviously sensing Brock's feelings 
and then said "first, my name is Lyn, and I’m a pokemon trainer just like 
you. I was walking around here looking for wild Spearow, when I stumbled into 
a trap hole, and three people laughed at me and then said 'oops, wrong 
person' and left."

"That was probably Team Rocket." said Brock

"Whatever they're called, when I finally got out, the weird people were gone, 
and these were just lying right here. And then you came through the bush"

"Well, Lyn, you don't need to worry your pretty face anymore, because Brock 
is here for you." said Brock, taking another step forward.

*slap*

Lyn suddenly slapped Brock really hard on the face, sending him stumbling 
backwards "If you want to flirt with someone, it's not me!"

Then Pikachu must have noticed Ash, because it let out a loud "Pika!" and 
bounded towards the bush. When it got to Ash, it jumped up on his head and 
started talking to him in his own mysterious Pika-language.

Ash then realized that Brock and Lyn had seen him and misty and said "sorry 
about Brock, he does that all the time."

"Just don't let him try it with me again, though I doubt he will, after that 
slap."

"I like your Method." said Misty.

Lyn giggled and said "thanks. I take it these pokemon are yours." she held 
out the two belts that were left.

"Thanks. I'm Ash by the way, and this is Misty" said Ash, taking his and 
giving Misty hers.

"Hey, can anyone have some sympathy for me?" yelled Brock, who was rubbing 
his face.

"So, you're all pokemon trainers. How about a Match?"

"Sure, I'd..." ash started to say, but Misty interrupted him, saying "I'm 
sure that Ash would love to, but we really should get going to the next town 
hospital. He’s been acting a little weird lately." Ash realized that she was 
right. He wanted to battle so badly, but because of the strange behavior he 
had exhibited earlier, he knew he also needed to find out what was wrong with 
him.

"Guess you're right." ash sighed regrettably.

"That’s okay; I was going to head to the pokemon center there anyway."

and so they packed up camp, ate breakfast, which Lyn didn't appreciate that 
much after tasting Brock's cooking, and set off toward the nearest town, 
called turquoise Bay.

Turquoise Bay was a seafaring town of fishermen and water pokemon trainers 
like Misty. They still had the basic necessities for travelers, like a hotel, 
pokemon center, and Supply shops.

"I'll meet you at the hotel in about an Hour." Said Lyn, and she left to find 
the Pokemon center. Ash, Misty, and Brock went to the local hospital. There, 
the receptionist asked "do you have an appointment?"

"Nope" said Misty, "but we think we have something that's interesting"

So after they were brought into a room, they told the doctor there what had 
happened. The doctor found he was interested in their problem. He put ash in 
an x-ray machine and was typing on the computer that operated the machine. 
Suddenly his eyes opened wide. He muttered "zoom in" and started typing 
furiously.

"OH MY GOD! You’ve better have a look at this!"
