After Robin and Kevin leave Bill's house they head for Vermillion City. The 
first thing they did was go to the Gym. When they went in Kevin Challenged Lt. 
Surge but to their surprise he did not want to! When they went out they meet the 
President of the pokemon fan club. He told them that thats not the real Surge 
and the person that they meet in the gym is a Team Rocket Elite!!! Kevin wanted 
to know where the real one was. The pres. just told them he don't know but his 
pokemon came back here all hurt and beat up.They might know where he is and when 
he said that, Kevin Wanted to take surge's pokemon to go and find where he is. 
So the pres. gave surge's pokemon to Kevin and they head for the s.s. Anne where 
S.pokemon lead them. While The pres. and Robin boarded the S.S.Anne Kevin had 
his Lvysaur use vine whip to left him up on the under side of the boat. Kevin 
told his Ivysaur to go with Robin. Kevin Knows what is happening cuz it was sim. 
to a manga he read so he was careful not to let any magnemite see him. He saw a 
dark room and found Lt. Surge! Kevin And S. pokemon helped him out of his chains 
but then the fake surge appeared and sent out his Electabuzz and the real Surge 
sent out his Jolteon but he was still under the weak side and jolteon lose but 
Kevin sent out the pokemon he caught while helping Bill. So Kevin sent out 
Spearow and ordered it to use Mirror move and Elec. used Thunder and the big 
thunder was sent back to the fake surge and sent both him and his pokemon 
flying. Lt. surge thanked Kevin and gave him the Thunder Badge. After that they 
both went to the party on the S.S. Anne. Kevin Ate every thing in site and Lt. 
Surge too!! After all that The Captain was glad they got all the stloen pokemon 
off the ship and back to there trainer and so taught Kevin's Ivysaur to use 
Cut!! And so they con't with the party and after that Kevin and Robin headed for 
route 11.
