Chapter 2:

 As Rocky was running on the path, an old man stopped him asking "Where are 
you headed young boy?" Rocky answered "I'm looking for Professor Rowan. Have 
you seen him?" 
The old man said "Yes, I have. I'm who you are looking for. I am professor 
Rowan." Rocky and Professor Rowan headed to the lab. When they got there, 5 
trainers where waiting for Rowan. 4 boys and 1 girl.
Rowan introduced me to them, " Everyone, this is Rocky. Rocky this is Ash, 
Paul, Dawn, Lucas, and Drew. Ash is from the Kanto region. Paul, Lucas, and 
Dawn are from Sinnoh. And Drew is from Hoenn. 
I was just about to give these trainers their starter pokemon.Paul, here is a 
Chimchar. Ash, here is a Turtwig. Dawn, here is a Piplup. Lucas, here is a 
Munchlax. And Drew, here is a Gible.
And for everybody, here is 5 pokeballs, except for Rocky, you get 1 because 
you already have 5 pokemon.Also here are pokedexes for each of you. Good luck 
on your adventure."
As everyone was leaving, Paul challenged Rocky to a 3-on-3 battle. Paul's 
first pokemon was a Murkrow and Rocky choose Shinx. The battle beginned when 
Shinx used a Thunderbolt attack.
 Murkrow was hit dead on and it fell to the ground. Paul called it back to 
its pokeball. He then sent out his new Chimchar. Shinx used another 
Thunderbolt attack but this time it barely nipped Chimchar.
 Rocky was getting pissed becaus a new pokemon shouldn't listen to a trainer 
that well. Shinx got Chimchar with a Thunder attack, but something was 
happening to Shinx. He started glowing.
 This meant he was evolving! After the glow faded, Shinx emerged, but as a 
Luxio. Paul sent out his final pokemon, Grotle. Rocky called Luxio back and 
sent out Houndour.
 Houndour weakened Grotle with an Ember attack, but Grotle nailded Houndour 
with a Vine Whip attack. Houndour started to glow just like Shinx. And like 
Shinx, When Houndour emerged he was now Houndoom. He used a Fire Blast attack 
on Grotle and finished the battle. Paul left and he was mad as hell.
