Part 1
"Today is the day...This is my time," thought Ash Ketchum as he walked into the gym. Why was today so important??? 
Today was the Day Ash Ketchum would get the chance to tryout for the Pallet High Panthers Basketball Team.

	Alright You guys line up! Today we shall see who will represent Panther basketball Coach Talho added.
	Over 50 kids lined up to stretch and warm up

	Well well well Ketchum!!!

Gary and 4 other teenagers stood next to him

	You really don’t expect to make the team do you, Gary said

	Yes!!! I have been working hard all off-season and I know I can make the team, Ash said

	Well Don’t get your hopes up! We plan on making another run to the state title! Gary said

Gary and the other’s walked off and left Ash alone. " I gotta do this, I gotta prove everyone wrong. 
I cant let everyone think I’m a loser."  Ash was never really liked entering high school. Everyone always 
thought he was a loser and he wasn’t really good in sports. Ash tried out for the team the previous 3 years 
and didn’t make it once. Inspired because it’s his senior year he had faith in himself

	You guys will be evaluated based off your position skills and how well you cooperate with one another 
	Coach Talho said. After a long 3 hours of try-outs the coach lined everyone up

	Well Tomorrow I will post up the list for the 12 players who will be representing us and for 
	another run at the state title. Get some rest, the list will be up at 9A.M. Coach Talho said

	I did so good today! I gotta make the team Ash thought
								Later that night
Ash laid there restless, not finding the strength to even close his eyes. But why would he, he always had dreams 
of playing basketball and going pro. And tomorrow was the day of his destiny.  10:45 P.M.

	I cant sleep!!!!! Ash shouted

	Honey be quiet! Ash’s mom shouted

	Sorry Mom!.

Ash then went down stairs and grabbed some orange juice and even watched a little bit of TV. Ash then glances at the 
clock. 10:46...
	DAMMIT!!!!!!  I gotta get some sleep 

Ash then walked back upstairs and climbed into bed

	Tomorrow is the day...I will prove everyone wrong.

After a long day of school and basketball, Ash finally closes his eyes and falls asleep.
